4.  Provide pre-sales services, technical consultation, installation and commissioning, and renovation and maintenance services according to customer requirements.

5. We will conduct regular and irregular user follow ups and provide timely feedback on quality information.

6. Company commitment: When the customer is within the province, we will receive a call from the customer to clarify the issue, provide a response within 12 hours, and guarantee to arrive at the scene within 24 hours; When customers are outside the province, we guarantee to arrive on-site for service within 48 hours until they are satisfied.
